There are so many options to choose from, and we will guide you through these, keeping your unique interests, budget and preferred dates top of mind, alongside making choices that are committed to sustainable travel.

You’ve made your final decisions and are ready to confirm your trip. We will provide a fully transparent invoice that details where your money is going. A 30% deposit is due on confirmation and covers deposits for your accommodation and services. The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure.
This is when we get into the nitty-gritty. We’ll provide visa and insurance assistance, as well as any necessary health information. Before you fly, we’ll send you a fully confirmed and updated itinerary, including contact details, timings and fun facts about your destination.
Stepping off the plane after a long flight, you’ll be greeted by the warmth of Africa. Our representative will be there to meet you and guide you to your next flight or transfer once you’ve cleared passport control. If you would like to be met straight off the plane and escorted, let us know and we can arrange that too.
One of our team members will personally meet you during your stay as well as be available 24/7 should you have any questions, or in the unlikely event of an emergency.
